I am a music teacher in Naples Florida. I have studied different mediiums of art, concentrating on acrylic paintings. After several drawing classes I decided to try soft pastels and my sister-in law asked me to do a portrait of her cat Mr Big. Mr Big  was a wonderful subject and this was all I needed to get hooked not only into using soft pastels exclusiivly but also concentrating on dogs and especially cats. Each animal is unique and  strive to capture their personalityy.
